0.35-4.0 GHz Two-Bit 18 dB Broadband Digital Attenuator

The SKY12355-337LF is a high performance and fast settling time GaAs pHEMT two-bit digital attenuator with integrated driver, This 18 dB device provides broadband operation and is housed in a 3 x 3 mm, 12-pin Quad Flat No- Lead (QFN) package. It is fully pin compatible with the SKY12338-337LF and offers alternative input logic to this device.

The SKY12355-337LF is particularly suited for low-cost commercial applications for which high attenuation accuracy, low insertion loss, and low intermodulation products are required.
