3.75 kV 2-channel automotive isolated SelVCD™ gate driver

The new Si82Fx family are isolated gate drive solutions for power switch driving needs, including Silicon MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, and GaN. All devices in this family include the revolutionary SelVCD™ current mode architecture with a variety of CMOS inputs with deglitch options, dual channels with universal or high-side/low-side configuration, and assorted UVLOs according to power switch type being driven. With outstanding isolation ratings of up to 6kV and compliance to VDE 60747-17, AEC-Q100 qualifications and automotive-grade options, and a variety of popular packaging options, this device family is suitable for your isolated gate drive needs.

Si82Fx Isolated Gate Driver Evaluation Kit

The Si82F39ABC-KIT is intended to simplify functional testing and engineering validation of the Si82Fx isolated gate driver family. This SelVCD™ device evaluation board (EVB) features universal inputs, deadtime control, 8V UVLO, and a 3.75kV Isolation rating. The EVB can be used in standalone mode with an oscilloscope and the on-board dummy capacitive load, or it can be connected to a switch mode power supply (SMPS) controller and external power MOSFETs to conduct a system level evaluation.
