Superheterodyne Base Station Subsystem

Skyworks offers a variety of RFIC “building blocks” for superheterodyne base station transceivers. Each component features wideband, linear performance making them suitable for TDMA/GSM/GPRS/EDGE/CDMA/WCDMA base stations.

Our RFICs feature such on-chip functionality as two-channel diversity, LO buffer amplifiers, drivers, and low noise amplifiers. All PAs and RFICs are designed to meet the stringent requirements of next generation base stations with exceptional IIP3, high P1dB, and low noise.
