Philip Brace

Chief Executive Officer and President

Philip Brace is chief executive officer and president, and a director of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Before joining the company in February 2025, he was chief executive officer and president of Sierra Wireless Inc. from July 2021 to January 2023, executive vice president of Veritas Technologies from 2019 to 2021 and president of the cloud systems and silicon group at Seagate Technology from 2015 to 2017. He began his career at Intel Corporation and LSI Corporation holding various engineering and management roles.

Mr. Brace received his bachelor’s degree of applied science in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo and his master’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Sacramento. He currently sits on the board of directors of Blackberry Limited. He previously served on the boards of directors of Inseego Corp. and Lantronix, Inc.

Philip Carter

Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President

Philip Carter is chief financial officer and senior vice president for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Before re-joining the company in September 2025, he served as corporate vice president and chief accounting officer at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) from November 2024 to September 2025. Previously, he served as Skyworks’ vice president, corporate controller from February 2017 to November 2024. His earlier experience includes roles at Broadcom Inc. and EY.

Mr. Carter received a bachelor's degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in California and holds a chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation.

Philip Chesley

Senior Vice President and President of High Performance Analog

Philip Chesley is senior vice president and president of Skyworks’ High Performance Analog (HPA) business, focusing on radio frequency, analog mixed signal and power management solutions for defense/aerospace, SATCOM, wireless infrastructure, automotive, industrial power, and data-center applications.

Prior to joining Skyworks in 2026 through the combination with Qorvo, Mr. Chesley held the same position with Qorvo since July 2022 and before that served as president of Qorvo's Infrastructure and Defense Products from November 2021 until July 2022.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Chesley joined Intersil in 2004 and advanced through several executive leadership roles, including senior vice president and general manager of the Automotive, Mil/Aero and Analog Product Group. Following the company's acquisition by Renesas in 2017, he served as vice president and general manager of the Industrial and Communications business unit.

Mr. Chesley earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University.

Kari Durham

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Kari Durham is senior vice president of human resources for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. She joined the company in April 2018. Prior to joining Skyworks, Ms. Durham served for eight years as senior vice president, human resources and general affairs for Goodman Global Group, an HVAC manufacturing and distribution company. Before that, she spent three years with Dell Inc., holding senior human resources positions in two of Dell’s business units. Previously, Ms. Durham worked for more than a decade at Solectron Corporation and Flextronics International, which acquired Solectron in 2007, in positions of increasing responsibility within the human resources organization.

Ms. Durham received bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Michigan State University.

J.K. Givens

Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Secretary

J.K. Givens is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Skyworks, where he oversees all corporate legal matters, including legal filings, intellectual property (IP), technology licensing, contracts and litigation.

Prior to joining Skyworks in 2026 through the combination with Qorvo, Mr. Givens held the same position with Qorvo since 2020. Before that, he was vice president and chief counsel of Colfax Corporation, a leading diversified industrial company providing orthopedic care and fabrication technology products and services, where he was responsible for global M&A matters and served as general counsel to ESAB, one of the world's largest welding companies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Givens was in private practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he represented corporate and private equity clients in cross-border M&A and corporate finance matters.

Mr. Givens received his law degree from Harvard University, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and his bachelor’s degree from Yale University.

Yusuf Jamal

Senior Vice President and General Manager

Yusuf Jamal is senior vice president and general manager of Skyworks’ RF and Mixed-Signal Intelligence Solutions business encompassing the company’s analog, IoT and high reliability product portfolios as well as the company's smart audio business encompassing highly integrated analog system-on-chip platforms for automotive, industrial, home automation, enterprise and high-end consumer markets.

Prior to joining Skyworks in 2021, Mr. Jamal served for 2 years as senior vice president and general manager of Western Digital’s B2B business units. He previously worked for 17 years at Analog Devices, holding various leadership roles, including as senior vice president managing business units focused on industrial, consumer, healthcare, IoT and security solutions.

Mr. Jamal received a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from the Z.H. College of Engineering and Technology, AMU, and a master’s degree in digital signal processing from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Reza Kasnavi

Executive Vice President, Chief Operations and Technology Officer

Reza Kasnavi is executive vice president and chief operations and technology officer of Skyworks with responsibility for advanced technology development, central engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, sourcing and supply chain. From 2018 to March 2025, he served as senior vice president, technology and manufacturing, and from 2010 to 2018, Dr. Kasnavi served as vice president and general manager of the open market platforms business unit, where he led Skyworks’ efforts to become the leading provider of 4G solutions for the Android ecosystem. Prior to joining Skyworks in 2010, Dr. Kasnavi spent 10 years as an investor and executive with Tallwood Venture Capital and was responsible for investments in Inphi (IPHI), Axiom Microdevices, Sequoia Communications and Quintic Corporation. During his tenure at Tallwood, he also held direct engineering, product management and executive positions at several Tallwood portfolio companies including Sequoia Communications and Quintic Corporation. Additionally, he has made pioneering contributions to deep sub-micron scaling of CMOS technology and the use of CMOS technology in Next Generation DNA Sequencing. He served on the technology advisory board of Avantome Inc., an innovator in DNA sequencing technology.

Dr. Kasnavi received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Joel R. King

Senior Vice President and General Manager

Joel R. King is senior vice president and general manager of Skyworks’ Mobile Solutions Business spanning the company’s most advanced, integrated and custom cellular RF solutions to architectures available in open market platforms.

Prior to joining Skyworks in 2011, Mr. King worked for Maxim Integrated Products for 14 years, holding various management and leadership positions including executive director with responsibility for wireless IC designs and product line leader for custom RF ASICs.

Mr. King received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from San Jose State University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of California, Berkeley.

Todd Lepinski

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Todd Lepinski is senior vice president, sales and marketing at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Before joining the company, he was the senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Synaptics Incorporated from June 2021 to May 2025, and served as vice president, sales at ARM from April 2016 to June 2021. From 2004 to 2016, Mr. Lepinski held sales management roles in the U.S. and Europe at Broadcom. Preceding his time with Broadcom, he held sales positions at Texas Instruments, AMD and Wolfson Micro.

Mr. Lepinski holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Frank Stewart

Senior Vice President and President of Advanced Cellular

Frank Stewart is senior vice president and president of the Advanced Cellular business unit at Skyworks, focusing on the company’s advanced cellular solutions for smartphones, wearables, laptops, tablets and other devices.

Prior to joining Skyworks in 2026 through the combination with Qorvo, Mr. Stewart held the same position with Qorvo since July 2022 and was previously general manager of the RF Solutions business unit within Qorvo’s Mobile products group.

Before its merger to form Qorvo in January 2015, Mr. Stewart was director of marketing for the Cellular Products business and worked as a senior product line manager for GPS products at RF Micro Devices (RFMD). Mr. Stewart joined RFMD in 2001, where he notably served as RFMD’s account manager for the Nokia Product Line and as manager of strategic marketing.

Mr. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College and an MBA from Duke University.
