Cellular

The SKYR23001 reference design uses Skyworks’ SKY67183-396LF as low noise, high linearity TX pre-driver. SKY6652x, pin-to-pin compatible amplifier family that can achieve average output power of 1W, covers up to 400 MHz of carrier bandwidth, and support the major 3GPP 4G and 5G bands.
