The SKY65050-372LF ADS model contains an accurate model of the die and associated package and bonding parasitics. The model is accurate up to about 6GHz.

Install Guide:

1. Within ADS, unarchive the SKY65050_Model.zap project.
2. From the DesignKit Menu, select Install Design Kits...
3. On the pop up "Install ADS Design Kit" window , click Unzip Design Kit Now...
4. On the pop up "Unzip ADS Design Kit" window, define the LIB65050.zip file location and install into the SKY65050_test_prj working directory. Click on "OK" Button.
5. Now on the "Install ADS Design Kit" window, the rest of test fields will be filled out automatically.  Select OK. 
6. In the ADS schematic window, user should see a palette named "LIB65050".  The encoded design is listed there for use.
