The OLC049 / OLC249 / OLC449 are specifically designed for large satellite constellation applications that require optical isolation in radiation environments such as gamma, neutron, and proton radiation with a high Current Transfer Ratio (CTR) and low saturation VCE.

The TT49764E-TR and TT49778E-TR are the newly released ceramic band pass filters. TT49778E-TR is a 1227/1575 MHz Ceramic Diplexer ideal for GPS L1-L2, while TT49764E-TR is a 4700 MHz Ceramic Filter for L (GPS) and C (Security Radio) band filters.

Skyworks' SKYFR-002114 is a low profile tile circulator designed for radar and power-amplifier applications. It comes in an industry-standard surface-mount package and is designed for automated SMT placement.

IoT

SKY77638-51

Skyworks' SKY77638-51 SkyLiTE™ is a MMMB PAM that supports 3G/4G devices and operates efficiently in CDMA, WCDMA, and LTE modes. The module is fully programmable through a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI®). It has extremely low leakage current and can maximize handset standby time.

SKY66420 / SKY66423

The SKY6642x is our family of compact, high performance RF front-end modules (FEMs) which is specifically designed for LPWAN – supporting LoRa®, SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies – as well as high-power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) applications operating in the 860-930 MHz frequency range.

SKY55950-11

Part of our Sky5® product portfolio, the SKY55950-11 is a front-end module (FEM) with an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) and pre-filter and post-filter designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver applications. The device provides low-current, excellent out-of-band rejection, and low noise figure. The pre-filter and post-filter provide low in-band insertion loss and excellent rejection for the cellular, PCS, and WLAN frequency bands.

Skyworks' SKY6605x Series are wide instantaneous bandwidth, fully input/output matched driver amplifier with high gain and linearity. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

Skyworks' SKY66520 and SKY66523 are high efficiency PA for small cells supporting major 3GPP bands. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

SKY12248-492LF / SKY12255-708LF

Skyworks' SKY12248-492LF and SKY12255-708LF are compact single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) fail-safe switches designed for TDD 4G and 5G applications.

Si545

Si545 is a single ultra-low jitter crystal oscillator (XO). It offers excellent reliability and frequency stability as well as guaranteed aging performance.

Si5518

Si5518 is our latest LNA jitter attenuating clock for 5G/eCPRI/SyncE/IEEE 1588. The Si5518 utilizes fifth-generation DSPLL™ and MultiSynth™ technologies and integrates the functions of a low phase noise 5G/eCPRI wireless jitter attenuator supporting JESD204B/C with a SyncE/IEEE 1588 PTP network synchronizer clock into a single IC device.

The SKY85353-11 is a highly integrated, 2.4 GHz FEM incorporating a 2.4 GHz SPDT T/R switch, a 2.4 GHz high-performance LNA)with bypass mode, and a non-linear PA intended for high-power Wi-Fi 6 applications and systems.
