SKY5A2105

The SKY5A2105 is a highly integrated, 5.9 GHz front-end module (FEM) incorporating a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch, low-noise amplifier (LNA), power amplifier (PA), a band-pass BAW filter (BPF), and a digital step attenuator (DSA) for C-V2X LTE and 5G NR applications and systems.

The SKY66423-11 is a high performance, highly integrated RF front-end module designed for LPWAN – supporting LoRa®, SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies – as well as high-power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) applications operating in the 860-930 MHz frequency range.

SKY66425-11

The SKY66425-11 is a high performance, highly integrated dual LTE and Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM) RF front-end module, with LTE LB/MB transmitter and receive pass through. The PA and LNA operates at 863 to 940 MHz IMS and Private LTE (Anterix) bands.

SKY66431-11

The SKY66431-11 is a multi-band multi-chip System-in Package (SiP) supporting 5G Massive IoT (LTE-M/NB-IoT) platforms. The SiP integrates the entire RF front end, transceiver, power management, memory, crystals and baseband modem for an LTE multi-band radio operating in the 698 MHz to 2200 MHz frequency range.

Si540x NetSync™ Network Synchronizers

The Si540x family of NetSync™ Network Synchronizer clocks generate ultra-low jitter Ethernet-based signals for applications requiring IEEE 1588/SyncE such as 5G BBUs, core metro routers/switches and O-RAN distributed unit (DU), front-haul switches (FSH), central units (CU) and smart NICs.

Si5391 Ultra-low-jitter Clock Generator

The any-frequency, any-output Si5391 combines a wide-band PLL with proprietary MultiSynth™ fractional synthesizer technology to create a versatile, high-performance, clock generator platform. Capable of synthesizing a wide range of integer and non-integer related frequencies up to 1 GHz on 12 differential clock outputs, the device delivers sub-100 fs rms phase jitter performance, optimized for 100G/200G/400G applications.

Si5332 Any-frequency Clock Generator

Any-frequency, any-output Si5332 clock generators with proprietary MultiSynth™ technology feature an embedded reference crystal, simplifying integration and optimizing board design.

SKYR23001-11

The SKYR23001 is a highly integrated 5G Time Division Duplex (TDD) RF front end reference design with four transmit, receive, and observation receiver paths. The board is designed to work with the Analog Devices ADRV904x radio system platform for full system evaluation of a 5G TDD remote transceiver with digital pre-distortion.
