Digital Isolators with Integrated DC to DC Converters simplify design by combining galvanic isolation and power conversion in a single component, reducing BOM count and accelerating time to market for industrial automation systems, motor control, and more.

Skyworks Si86Px family offers dual and quad channel digital isolators with integrated isolated power in wide body SOIC-16 or SOIC-20 packages. They offer high isolation and transient immunity while eliminating the need for an external transformer and secondary power supply and save significant PCB area. The device is available in various dual and quad channel configurations for unidirectional or bidirectional communication with a 15 ns max propagation delay and data rates up to 150 Mbps. The devices can operate from a 3.3 or 5 V input and provide an isolated 3.3 or 5 V output with peak power up to 500 mW to power downstream circuitry directly from the isolator. All variants are UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC certified.
