My role is to monitor final inspection yield to detect and correct defects when they emerge, which requires to drive failure analysis and coordinate corrective actions for manufacturing process.

The best thing is that the products I worked on are coming in handy for the people in the world. The products are created in close coordination with the teams in Singapore and the US. Experience on a global scale is also one of the appeals of working at Skyworks.

With short product cycle and high-mix production, my everyday work is fast-paced. Any ideas can be heard so that I can take initiatives in quality improvement, which leads to motivation to try new tasks.
