Job Title General Affairs
Background Reinforcing resources due to business expansion and item increase
Job Description • Develops and promotes BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
• Manages and promotes EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) related operations
• Creates disaster prevention and crisis management systems
• Drives disaster risk assessment and mitigation activities
• Creates and manages related documents
• Respond to improvement items required by non-life insurance companies
• Initiates and manages internal activities to achieve EHS-related KPIs
• Initiate activities to reduce the risk of occupational accidents, environmental pollution, and other disasters
• Comply with laws and regulations related to the factory operations
• Initiates and manages sustainability (environmental, social, and economic sustainability) related activities
• Initiates and manages the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct
• Develops and maintains training programs for employees related to BCP and EHS
• Communicates with stakeholders (including US headquarters) via email and conference calls (English proficiency required)
• Manages related budget and expenditures
Skills and Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, chemical engineering
• University degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Experience as a leader in cross-organizational project work
• English communication skills (TOEIC: 600 or higher)
• Experience in engineering, safety and environment related work in manufacturing sectors
• Experience in establishing a document management system and developing internal standards, regulations, procedures, etc.
• Experience in BCP (Business Continuity Plan) related work
• Knowledge and experience in EHS programs, especially equipment safety specifications
• Knowledge and work experience of the RBA Code of Conduct
• Experience working in chemicals, electronic component, or semiconductor factory
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to factory operations
• Ability to perform multiple concurrent duties according to priorities
• Excellent cooperativeness and communication skills
• Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
