FR3 L-PAMiF (LNA and Power Amplifier Module with Integrated Filters)

SkyR60002 is a single-band L-PAMiF (LNA and Power Amplifier Module with Integrated Filters) technology demonstrator developed by Skyworks for the FR3 6.425 GHz to > 7 GHz frequency range. It serves as a validation platform for next-generation 6G high-frequency front-end architectures, showcasing advanced integration capabilities and system-level performance exploration. The module supports APT (Average Power Tracking) operation up to 400 MHz bandwidth, enabling evaluation of efficiency and linearity requirements for wideband 6G applications.

The SkyR60002 integrates PA and LNA architectures with Tx/Rx filtering in a single-antenna configuration, incorporating an integrated forward/reverse coupler (FOR/REV Coupler) and MIPI control interface. Operating in the 6 GHz range, the module is engineered to validate output power stability, linearity performance, PAE optimization under high-frequency conditions.

As a core engine for MWC 2026 technology demonstrations, SkyR60002 provides measurable and verifiable architectural benchmarks, advancing the understanding of high-bandwidth, high-integration 6G front-end systems.
