Job Description ・　Develop technologies for machines including Sputtering, Dry Etching, and Photolithography.
・　Improve machine performance, productivity, and run rate as well as maintenance.
Skills and Experience Experience in equipment engineering, process engineering, or/and development of mass production technologies for high-frequency semiconductor devices
* Experience in any fields related to memories (Flash, DRAM, SRAM), Logic IC, solar battery, liquid crystal panel is welcome.

<Preferred skills & Experience>
・　Experience involved in nanofabrication tools on the front-end process
     (Experience in pattern forming tools such as deposition using vacuum systems/cleaning/high frequency measurement/lithography(exposure) is a plus.)

Job Description ・　Evaluate and analyze processes for new products, new technology, and new tools.
・　Improve and develop processes and technologies for dry etching/film deposition/cleaning processes
・　Optimize processes and improve yield on the front end process.
Skills and Experience Experience in either process engineering, equipment engineering, or development of mass production technologies for semiconductor devices/electronic devices/displays so on.

* Experience in any fields related to memories (Flash, DRAM, SRAM), logic IC, solar battery, liquid crystal panel is welcome.
