On the team focusing on process development for new structure devices, I’m responsible for diverse projects, from engineering sample flow to evaluation of new tools.

Recently I’ve been in charge of the whole process evaluation for new test patterns, which is not only collecting the data but often requires decisions to be made. Although my job is challenging, I can pluck up the courage to give it a go since people around me are very supportive of my endeavors. In addition, Skyworks has reward and recognition programs for technical articles and patents, which encourages me to try something new all the time.

People here are academically oriented and open to discussions. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by such enthusiastic co-workers. I don’t feel frustrated thanks to the quick decision making and actions, which help me keep motivated. On the other hand, there is little overtime, and it’s easy to take leaves, so I would say it’s a quite employee friendly company to work with. My senior co-workers and managers are very friendly, too.
