Phototransistor Optocoupler

This series of optocouplers offer optical isolation with a high CTR and low saturation V_CE.

Each optocoupler has an LED and NPN silicon phototransistor that is electrically isolated, but optically coupled inside a hermetic (LCC, FP) or non hermetic (Glob Top) package.

The OLF101 device leads can be formed to provide compliant solder connections to the mounting substrate.

OLI101 and OLI111 devices are mounted with standard hybrid assembly techniques, using non-conductive epoxies.

Gold or aluminum wire bonding can be used to make electrical connections for maximum placement flexibility.

OLS101 and OLS011 devices can be mounted using reflow soldering or conductive epoxies.

The optocouplers are offered as unscreened versions as well as screened to customer requirements, including MIL-STD-883 Class B equivalent, MIL-PRF-19500 JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, JANS equivalent and MIL PRF-38534 Class H, K equivalent.
