SKY67150-396LF
The SKY67110-396LF is high linearity GaAs, pHEMT Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) with an active bias and on-die stability structures enabling simple external matching The advanced GaAs pHEMT enhancement mode process provides excellent return loss, high compression point, very low noise figure, and exceptional linearity.
The internal active bias circuitry provides stable performance over temperature, and process variation. The device offers the Designer the ability to externally adjust supply current between 65 and 85 mA. Noise Figure of 0.65 dB, 21 dB Gain and 37 dBm OIP3 are achievable at 0.45 GHz with 5V supply and 75 ma of bias current. This LNA is ideal for UHF, 433 MHz ISM Band and Low Band Cellular receiver applications such as TETRA, RFID, Land Mobile Radio and 4G LTE
The SKY67110-396LF operates in the frequency range of 300 to 700 MHz and the associated evaluation board is optimized for operation at 450 MHz. Evaluation boards optimized for different frequency ranges are available upon request. For the 700 - 900 MHz Cellular & TETRA bands we recommend the SKY67021-396LF, for 1700 – 2100 Cellular we recommend the pin compatible SKY67022-396LF and for 2300 – 2700 Cellular the SKY67023-396LF. All of these LNA’s are manufactured in a compact, 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat (DFN) package and are categorized as Skyworks Green.
