3.75 kV 6-Amp 1-Channel Isolated Value Gate Driver

The new Si82Bx family are isolated gate drive solutions for power switch driving needs, including Silicon MOSFET and IGBT. All devices in this family include proven voltage mode gate drive architectures with a variety of CMOS inputs with deglitch options, single channel with combined or split output configuration, and assorted UVLOs according to power switch type being driven. With outstanding isolation ratings of up to 6kV and compliance to VDE 60747-17, AEC-Q100 qualifications and automotive-grade options, and a variety of popular packaging options, this device family is suitable for your isolated gate drive needs.

Si82Bx Isolated Gate Driver Evaluation Kit

The Si82B30ABC-KIT is intended to simplify functional testing and engineering validation of the Si82Bx isolated gate driver family. This Voltage Mode device evaluation board (EVB) features split outputs to independently manage gate drive sourcing and sinking currents, 8V UVLO, and a 3.75kV Isolation rating. The EVB can be used in standalone mode with an oscilloscope and the on-board dummy capacitive load, or it can be connected to a switch mode power supply (SMPS) controller and external power MOSFETs to conduct a system level evaluation.
