0.1 to 2.7 GHz SPST High-Power Antenna Tuning Switch

The SKY19250-001 is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch designed for antenna tuning applications that require very low ON resistance and low OFF capacitance. Switching is controlled by an integrated GPIO interface with a single control pin. Depending on the logic voltage level applied to the control pin, RF1 port can be either connected to RF2 port or RF1 and RF2 ports will be in isolation state.

No external DC blocking capacitors are required as long as no DC voltage is applied on any RF path.

The SKY19250-001 is provided in a compact 6-bump, 1.175 x 0.775 x 0.395 mm (maximum) wafer level chip scale package (WLCSP) that meets requirements for board-level assembly. Minimum bump pitch is 400 microns.
