Si86Px devices feature up to four high-speed digital isolation channels, paired with a fly-back topology-based DC-DC converter. Operating from a 3.3 V to 5 V input supply, the converter delivers up to 0.5 W of isolated power through the integrated transformer. Advanced features include thermal detection, cycle-by-cycle current limitings, and robust line and load regulation, ensuring stable and system performance.
