2300 to 2700 MHz Wide Instantaneous Bandwidth Linear Driver Amplifier

The SKY66041-11 is a wide instantaneous bandwidth, fully input/output matched linear driver amplifier (DA) with high gain and linearity. The compact 3 × 3 mm PA is designed for 4G LTE and 5G NR TDD systems operating from 2300 to 2700 MHz. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.
